Seven Day Program for Optimum Sperm Health®
Day One
Congratulations for taking the first step towards better sperm health. Begin this day knowing that in less than a week you'll have the highest quality sperm you've ever had, with more volume and better motility, as well as better control over climax and more intense orgasms.
Your day should begin with a good breakfast consisting of servings of eggs, bacon, oatmeal, and orange juice (or a fresh orange.) Take a sperm enhancement supplement with breakfast. The eggs are an excellent source of Vitamin A, zinc, and other nutrients helpful in the production of sperm. The L-Arginine amino acids in the pork and oatmeal will help with volume. Washing it all down with that refreshing glass or orange juice gives you a great infusion of Vitamin C which helps with the motility of your sperm cells. Now you may have to go to work, but don't leave before taking a brisk 10-15 minute walk to get your body going. This will help combat the stress that your days may normally present, and it kickstarts your metabolism while promoting digestive functions.
For lunch, have a sandwich with tomato slices and your choice of meat and cheese. The protein helps with sperm production, while the lycopene in the tomato is a powerful antioxidant known to help increase fertility. Cheese is another good source of Vitamin A. To drink, skip the soda or tea and order a glass of water instead. In fact, throughout the week you should focus on drinking 6-8 glasses of water each day. If possible, after your meal you should again try to work in a brisk 10-15 minute walk. If you're at work and you can't make it outside, look for a stairwell to sneak in a few minutes of exercising.
After your long day, reward yourself with a cool glass of water with a healthy dinner, and then find a way to exercise for a half hour or more. Exercise reduces stress and promotes overall health. Then unwind and enjoy your evening until you can get a good night's rest.
