Seven Day Program for Optimum Sperm Health®

Day Two

Keep your momentum going by starting your day off the right way. Have some fresh fruit for beakfast with either orange juice or water. Fruits have a lot of complex carbohydrates you'll need for energy throughout the day. Don't forget to take your supplements this morning.

After breakfast, skip the walk and instead take fifteen minutes to stretch. Stretching reduces muscle tension and enhances muscular coordination. It also increases blood circulation which in turn increases energy levels. Most importantly, stretching just feels good, and it's an important part of our program.

Do your best to squeeze in some type of exercise before lunch. If working today, spend your break walking up and down the stairs, or take a walk outside.

For lunch, try a hearty salad mixed with bell peppers (red if possible), nuts, and cheese. You can never go wrong with extra vegetables. The bell peppers deliver another shot of lycopene to your system. The nuts are an importatnt source of zinc and L-Arginine, great sperm enhancers. Wash it all down with water, then get outside for some fresh air. You should be feeling nice and limber and ready for a challenging 20-30 minute walk. If you can't get outside, no problem. Find those trusty stairs and spend a few minutes walking up and down.

For dinner, treat yourself to a steak with some steamed broccoli and a glass of milk. Have a piece of buttered toast on the side. The red meat is a great source of L-Carnitine, an amino acid that plays a powerful role in sperm formation. Broccoli delivers Vitamin C to your system, while the buttered toast provides some Vitamin A and a shot of zinc.

BY now you probably realize that it's exercise time. Since we know some of you will be in better condition than others, we won't recommend any particular exercise. However, we recommend that you exercise at a moderate pace for at least 30 minutes. Exercising works to relieve stress and get you ready for another great night's sleep.
