Day Three
It's time for another hearty breakfast. Fix your favorite style eggs with toast and bacon, then wash it down with some orange juice. Whoops, don't foget to take your supplement.
After your breakfast, make time for another morning stretch. You remember how good it felt yesterday, keep that momentum going. Stretching improves blood circulation and increases energy levels as a result.
Snack on nuts if you get hungry before lunch. They're an excellent source of L-Arginine amino acids.
For lunch, have a salad with proteins and mixed fruit. This fills you up with important nutrients and minerals, plus it gives you all the energy you need to finish your day strong. Squeeze in a walk or some stair climbing for 15-20 minutes.
For dinner try grilled chicken breast and tomatoes and cream sauce over pasta. Chicken contains Vitamin A the tomatoes give you an added dose of lycopene, that all important cartenoid and powerful antioxidant. Have another glass of water with your meal.
Tonight choose an exercise that you can enjoy doing for 30-45 minutes. Break a sweat, it's good for you! Then shower and dress for bed, and spend the evening relaxing and unwinding. Be sure to let the day's worries drift away as you prepare for a restful night of sleep.
